Welcome to Semester 1,

First semester begins today, July 12, 2026 and will end on September 19, 2026.

The Kaina Online High School Family welcomes new students and returning students. Make sure you read all notices, warnings, and readings carefully and submit all assignments on time. You are expected to follow all instructions given in order for you to gain full points for graded assignments. Study the lecture notes given to you to read and take notes as you view videos given you to learn from. Grading of your performance begins immediately, so make sure you log in regularly if you want to be successful.

Next week, July 19th to July 25th you will be expected to do a diagnostic test in each of your subjects. The grade you acquire from the diagnostic tests will not be added to your grades for the semester but should be used by the instructor and you the student as a guide to best meet your needs in the different subjects.

Lastly, remind yourselves, your sponsors and or your parents that school fees need to be paid timely so that arrears do not accumulate and become too difficult to pay off in the longer on.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL STUDENTS!!

1. COMPLETE ALL ASSIGNMENTS TO AVOID GETTING ANY ZERO.

2. COMPLETE ALL ASSIGNMENTS ON TIME AS ALL ASSIGNMENTS WILL BECOME UNAVAILABLE TO ALL STUDENTS ON DECEMBER 6, 2025.

3. FINAL EXAMINATIONS WILL BE ADMINISTERED FROM DECEMBER 7 @ 11:59, 2025, TO DECEMBER 13, 2025 @ MIDNIGHT. DO NOT CREATE EXCUSES; DO NOT SEND EXCUSES AND DO NOT ASK PERMISSION TO SUBMIT LATE EXAMINATIONS ON THE NIGHT OF DECEMBER 13, 2025.

SEMESTER 2 OR THIS ACADEMIC YEAR WILL END ON DECEMBER 13, 2025. YOU WILL NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE SITE. YOU WILL PAY A FEE EACH TIME YOU TRY TO LOG IN.

4. FINAL Semester will end on DECEMBER 13, 2025. Your arrears and fees should be deposited before examinations begin and your report card will be e-mailed to you on or before DECEMBER 21, 2025 by Dr Alberita Enriquez, co-founder of KOHS, whose email address is alberitaenriquez@gmail.com. Please direct any queries concerning your report card to her.

IN THE MEAN TIME, THIS IS YOUR LAST WEEK OF ASSIGNMENTS. NEXT WEEK, NOVEMBER 30TH, TO DECEMBER 6TH IS REVIEW WEEK. DURING REVIEW WEEK, IF ANY ASSIGNMENTS ARE STILL AVAILABLE, PLEASE COMPLETE THEM AND SUBMIT THEM.

REMEMBER ASSIGNMENTS NOT SUBMITTED EARN ZEROS AND MAY CAUSE YOU TO FAIL THE SUBJECT OR SUBJECTS.

Greetings Kaina Students!

The second semester began on October 5, 2025 and it will end on December 13, 2025. The final examination will be conducted during the week of December 7th to  December 13th, 2025.

Therefore, we are in the second week of this semester. Some of you may have noticed that you were removed from some subjects because your average in that or those subjects was less than 25%. You would have failed that or those subjects anyway at the of the school year if you were left to do it or them. If you were one of those students, please carry on diligently and seriously in your efforts to pass the subjects you can still do. With fewer subjects to deal with, you should be able to pass all subjects. You will be allowed to do the subject or subjects you were removed from in that form/class during the new academic school that will start in January 2026.

In the meantime, those of you who can still study all your subjects during this second semester, congratulations to you and you are encouraged to even acquire higher grades during this semester. Unfortunately, some students are skipping assignments and gaining grades of 0% in the process. Grades that are 0% can drastically lower your average in those subjects, as you may have seen. Students are to do all assignments, quizzes, all readings, lecture notes and video lessons in order for them to earn passing grades and a sound education. Form four students are reminded that they can graduate this January 2026 if they are successful in passing all subjects.

Lastly, Kaina Online High School's application form for this coming school year starting January 4, 2026 are now available for new entrants. Persons interested can apply online at the website, kaina.edu.bz before December 10, 2025. Please share and kindly spread the information!
